Celebrate peace with the Peace Corps Fellow/Graduate College, UA President Robert Shelton and other distinguished guests as they dedicate a peace pole on campus. The dedication will be happening on the north side of Old Main at 8:30 a.m.
Book signing
The Arizona Historical Society will be hosting a booking signing and reception in honor the Bettina O’Neil Lyons new publication “”Zeckendorfs and Steinfields: Merchant Princes of the American Southwest.”” This will take place at the Arizona History Museum at 5:30 p.m.
Happy 400th birthday!
Come celebrate John Milton’s 400th birthday at the 11th annual Milton Marathon. Come read or listen to his epic poem “”Paradise Lost.”” The marathon will be taking place in the Special Collections section, room C205 of the Main Library from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
