    What to watch

Be honest, have you ever been to a cross country meet before? Have you experienced the adrenaline that each race induces? Do the names Mutanya or Cabrera do anything for you?

If not, now is a good time to experience all of this.

The Arizona cross country teams are running in their only home meet of the season this evening at the Dell Urich Golf Course at Reid Park. Use your Zona Zoo pass to get into the event for free and see the runners tear up this short course.

Both the No. 8 men’s and unranked women’s teams have extremely high hopes of doing well this year. If you miss this race, you’re missing quality entertainment.

This is your only chance of the season to see nearly all of the runners of each squad participate in the fast-paced event that is cross country running.

As a bonus, ASU’s No. 9 women’s team and No. 20 men’s team will be in attendance to increase the intensity of the race. Whether it is basketball, cross country or pingpong, a potential win against ASU is a huge win.

There will more football games to attend if you happen to miss one this season. There will be more of every game from every sport.

But there is only one home meet for the Arizona cross country teams.

    Make sure you’re there.
