Ingredients…
Up to 4 chicken breasts
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
Shredded cheddar cheese
Green beans
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
Box of rice
For the chicken…
Depending on how many people are eating, or how much you eat, select a number of chicken breasts and put them into a casserole pan.
Open a can of cream of mushroom soup (one can per four chicken breasts or less) and cover the chicken breasts in the sauce.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chicken.
Put the dish in the oven, set for 350 degrees for 30 minutes. And you’re ready to eat!
For the green beans…
Snip off the ends of the green beans.
Pour water into the pot so that it hits half way up the pile of green beans when added. (a half pound will be plenty for one; for more than one I’d suggest at least a pound)
Bring the water to a boil and add the beans.
Cook for 6-7 minutes and remove from heat.
Add a little bit of olive oil, butter, and garlic powder and enjoy!
For the rice…
Follow the directions on the box. Simple.
