Prosecutors have dropped the criminal assault charge facing Eric Bender-Ramsay. The Carson, Calif., native will still face charges of trespassing. No court date has been set.
Bender-Ramsay, a reserve offensive lineman, is one of four players arrested for their role in a campus-area party early Friday morning. The others were Jourdan Grandon, Fabbians Ebbele and Jared Tevis.
Ebbele and Grandon were held out of Wednesday’s practice.
