    Proposition Results – Election 2010

    Prop 106 – Health Care – passed with around 55 percent of votes.

    Prop 107 – Civil Rights – passed with around 59 percent of votes.

    Prop 109 – Right to hunting and fishing – rejected by around 56 percent of votes.

    Prop 110 – State Trust Lands – close but around 50.2 percent of the voters say ‘No.’

    Prop 111 – Lieutenant Governor – rejected by around 52 percent of voters.

    Prop 112 – Initiative Petitions – close but around 50.1 percent of voters say ‘No.’

    Prop 113 – Secret Ballot for Union Elections – passed with about 60 percent of the votes.

    Prop 203 – Arizona Medical Marijuana Act – close but 50.3 percent say ‘No.’

    Prop 301 – The Land Conservation Fund – rejected by around 74 percent of voters.

    Prop 302 – Early Childhood Development and Health Programs – rejected by around 69 percent of voters.

    Prop 400 – Tucson sales tax increase tot 2.5 percent – rejected by around 61 percent of voters.
