After successfully dunking the ball, Zeke Nnaji (22) screams in happiness.

According to a report, Arizona’s Zeke Nnaji will declare for the 2020 NBA Draft.

Nnaji was Arizona’s most consistent player throughout the year and led the team in scoring with 16.1 PPG and rebounding with 8.6 RPG.

As the year went on, it appeared that Arizona’s big three freshman, Nico Mannion, Josh Green and Nnaji would all enter the NBA Draft since they were projected first round picks. Mannion and Green haven’t decided if they will leave yet, but there have been many indications that it’s just a waiting game.

With Nnaji leaving, that will make way for Jordan Brown and Christian Koloko to be Arizona’s big men next year. Brown is a transfer from Nevada who sat out this past year since he transferred and is only a sophomore. Koloko was a fan favorite throughout the year and still has plenty of room for improvement. He is a player that head coach Sean Miller and Arizona fans should be really excited about moving forward.

Nnaji won Pac-12 Freshman of the year and was a first team all Pac-12 selection and in the latest CBS Sports NBA Mock Draft Nnaji was picked at number 23.
