THE BUZZ: Neither team is that good offensively, but both can play lockdown defense. FSU allows foes to shoot just 36.4 percent from the floor; A&M’s opponents have hit only 41.1 percent. A key is whether FSU F Chris Singleton plays; he broke his foot Feb. 12 and hasn’t played since, though FSU coach Leonard Hamilton said there was a possibility Singleton could return Friday. He would be the best player on the floor. If he’s not there, that honor belongs to A&M swingman Khris Middleton. Regardless, expect a ton of aggressive defense, and it’s a safe bet that if one team can score 60, that team is going to win.
