The season has been extended for the Arizona women’s golf team, as the team will play in the NCAA Central Regional Championships.
Oklahoma State is set to host the event, which will take place at the Karsten Creek Golf Club in Stillwater, Okla.
The field for the NCAA Central Regional Championship will feature some of the nation’s best programs including: No. 2 UCLA, No. 5 Arkansas, No. 8 Alabama, No. 16 Oklahoma State and No. 17 LSU.
The Wildcats will be the four seed for this tournament, which is Arizona’s 22nd straight NCAA Regional Championship selection since 1993. The Wildcats have advanced to the NCAA Championships 18 times.
The NCAA Central Regional Championships will take place May 8-10.
The NCAA Championships will be hosted by Tulsa University May 20-23 and will be played at the Tulsa Country Club in Tulsa, Okla.
