    Candidacy deadline for GPSC elections

    Tomorrow is the deadline for the submission of candidacy materials for candidates to run for Graduate and Professional Student Council president, vice president or representative. Candidacy instructions are available on the Graduate and Professional Student Council Web site at http://www.gpsc.arizona.edu/.

    India, China affect U.S. weather

    Pollution from China and India is affecting the weather in America on the West Coast, according to a recent study at Texas A&M University. An increase in atmospheric aerosols from coal burning in those countries changes weather patterns of the Pacific Ocean, which makes storms stronger, according to researchers.

    Wikipedia to ask for credentials

    Wikipedia contributors can only cite professional expertise in a subject if their credentials have been verified, Wikipedia founder Jimmy Wale told The Associated Press. However, contributors who do not claim any such credentials can remain anonymous.
