UA football coach Mike Stoops announced today he has separated from his wife Nicole and will be getting a divorce.
Stoops, 47, released this statement but did not take questions at his weekly press conference today:
“”This is a very hard time for us but more so for our two young children. As this is a very personal matter, I am asking everyone to please respect our privacy as we work through this.
“”I will not be taking any questions about this very personal matter and I thank you in advance for your understanding.””
