The Student Association for International Relief Effort (SAFIRE) will be all over campus today accepting donations and hygiene products to benefit the nation of Sri Lanka as it continues to recover from the devastating effects of the 2004 tsunami.     • Festival. The School of Music is hosting the Annual Arizona Percussive Arts Society Spring Festival of Percussion. This festival features a number of performing percussion artists, including Scrap Arts Music, which will perform “”PHONK!”” 3 p.m. Free. Music building
  • Concert. As part of the Annual Arizona Percussive Arts Society Spring Festival of Percussion, a large steel drum band composed of performers ranging from elementary school students to professional musicians will be performing. 8 p.m. $10-$15. Centennial Hall
