This presentation features a talk titled “”A History of Brazilian Percussion”” and a special performance by Brazilian musician Ari Colares. Bring your drum for an open session after the talk. It will be held in the communications building room 206 at 2 p.m.
Lecture in speech-language pathology
Dr. H. Eugene Hoyme, professor and chairman of the department of pediatrics at the Sanford School of Medicine at the University of South Dakota and chief medical officer at Sanford Children’s Hospital, will discuss “”The Role of Genetic and Malformation Syndromes in Autism Spectrum Disorders.”” It will be held at the University Medical Center in the DuVal Auditorium at 3 p.m.
