In-N-Out opens today

The first In-N-Out Burger restaurant location in Tucson opens today at 10 a.m. It is located at 3711 E. Broadway Blvd., on the south side of the El Con Mall. Gear up and get in line because if this burger joint has the draw of the first to open in Phoenix, lines could be a couple of hours long.

New HiRISE results

As the High Resolution Imaging Science Experiment, known as HiRISE, continues its cosmic mission, the program’s principal investigator and UA professor in the Lunar and Planetary Laboratory, Alfred McEwen, will relay its latest results today in Room 308 in the Gerard P. Kuiper Space Sciences building at 7 p.m.

Fat employees costly

A study conducted at Duke University has found that obese workers cost their employers more in injury claims than their fit counterparts. As employees’ average weight increases, so does the average amount of worker’s compensation cases that are filed. Experts hope this will lead companies to help employees stay fit and healthy.
