Closures on Cherry Avenue for Tucson Modern Streetcar construction have resulted in temporary closures for several Cat Tran stops, according to a press release by PTS.
The stop located on the west side of the Thomas W. Keating BioResearch building and the teal route stop on Helen Street near the Highland Avenue Parking Garage will both be closed beginning on May 31. Parking and Transportation Services plans to reopen the stops on June 4.
In the press release, the department suggested Cat Tran patrons use the stop east of the Keating building or the stop located at the Arizona Health Sciences Center.
