“”Talk Sex with Sue Johanson””
Some people may not actually admit to watching “”Talk Sex with Sue Johanson”” every Sunday on Oxygen. Johanson is a Canadian sexpert who answers life’s most complicated sex issues by taking callers live at her station. The show has been available to the United States since 2002, and although it may seem a bit avant-garde, viewers seem to love it. Shockingly enough, the show gets just as much buzz from men as it does from women, with many men calling in to ask questions. Tune in this Sunday at 11 p.m. and maybe Sue will answer one of your personal questions.
“”Tim Gunn’s Guide to Style””
You can’t help but get teary-eyed when the unfashionable frumpy girl finds her style! “”Tim Gunn’s Guide to Style”” on Bravo follows Gunn as he selects women who need help with their style and gives them a makeover from head to toe. What separates this show from other makeover shows is that it is done in a sensitively positive way, allowing the women to decide what they want to wear. Who would have thought that designer gowns and the right bra would make us all so emotional? Tim Gunn shows so much passion for helping victims of style (and hairdos), while Veronica Webb just sorta stands there and fondles the guests’ hair. Love it! It airs every Thursday at 10 p.m.
Chocolate
A bit obvious, but chocolate has always been a guilty pleasure. But why? There have actually been several studies show that chocolate is a mild mood elevator, which basically means it makes us happy and less stressed. If consumed in moderation, it can actually better your health by providing antioxidants to fight off illnesses. Plus, it tastes pretty darn good.
