An armed robbery was committed near Old Main on Saturday night, April 2.
The University of Arizona Police Department and Tucson Police Department are currently searching the areas near Park and Mountain Avenue for three male suspects, according to a UAlert sent to students and staff.
One suspect is a white male wearing a black tank top, light pants and a hat.
A police helicopter could be seen flying overhead in the area. Individuals are advised by law enforcement to stay clear from the area until further notice.
UPDATE: 10 p.m. – One suspect was located after an area search, according to another UAlert. The other two suspects “appear to have fled campus” and are still at large.
