After no play for almost four weeks, the Arizona women’s golf team will participate in the 12th annual Landfall Tradition tournament hosted by North Carolina in Wilmington, N.C.

The team’s last tournament was the Windy City Collegiate Classic when it earned third place with scores of 857 ( 5).

Sophomore Lindsey Weaver was recognized as the Golfweek Player of the Week after she won the individual medal at the Windy City Collegiate Classic.

This weekend the women will compete in what is considered one of the largest tournaments in the country against Alabama, North Carolina, North Carolina State, Ohio State, Oklahoma State, Clemson, Notre Dame, Iowa State and more.

The tournament is three days and will be held at the Country Club of Landfall.

Play will begin at 8:30 a.m. EST Friday morning.
