Environmental campus challenge

General Electric and MTV-Uare holding a national contest for college students to come up with the best way to make their campus environmentally sound. The students who submit the best idea will receive $25,000 to implement their plan at their school in addition to an Earth Day ’07 carnival and concert on campus. If you know someone who would make a good UA student, the Office of Admissions is accepting suggestions at www.admissions.arizona.edu/referral Referred students will be personally contacted by a UA admissions counselor, receive the office’s latest publications and receive invitations to campus visit programs.

Electronic W-2 option available to employees

Employees can now request paperless W-2 tax and wage statements, allowing earlier access to the forms through Employee Link. To select the no-print option for tax forms, log on Employee Link, choose “”payroll info”” from the links on the left, choose “”set tax form print option”” and click “”change preference.””
