What was your worst airline experience?

Um, I was flying to Hawaii and I had a 3-hour layover because [there] was something wrong with the plane. So I had a 3-hour layover in Los Angeles.

Do you know what was wrong with the plane??

They didn’t really say. They just said that they had to do some maintenance on one of the wing’s engines or something.

Did they repair the plane and send you back out on it??

Yeah.

Did you feel good about that??

No, but I felt that they took the time to fix the problem, ’cause 3 hours is a long time.

Have you ever had your baggage lost??

Uh, well not lost completely. It just took forever to get out on the carousel.

Like everybody’s baggage is going by and you’ve seen the same pink bag going around like 5 times??

Yeah, eventually they loaded it on the next “”grouping”” or whatever.

What was the longest trip you’ve ever had on a plane? Was it to Hawaii??

Yeah that was 6.5 hours. Well, actually about 5.5 hours.

Did they show any movies??

Yeah, they showed, uh – like – Cody, like…I think it was Cody Rose Agent or something.
