The NCAA Men’s Basketball Committee announced today that the UA’s McKale Center will host first and second round games of the 2011 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament.
Scheduled for Thursday, March 17 and Saturday, March 19, it will be the 12th time McKale Center has been used for the tournament. The last time March Madness occurred in Tucson was 2005.
