The Third Annual Emergency Preparedness Fair, “”It Could Happen to You,”” features demonstrations by Tucson Police Department Bomb Squad, Tucson Fire Department, the University Medical Center Dog Patrol and others.     • Haunted Dungeon. Let the residents of Yuma and Maricopa residence halls scare you silly. The Maricopa basement has been transformed into a haunted dungeon. Proceeds from the event will be donated to a local food bank. 7 p.m. $2 or two cans of food. Maricopa Hall
