New information sheds some light on the nature of the police presence on campus April 2.

TPD Sergeant Richard Gradillas clarified to the Daily Wildcat that the incident Saturday night was not an armed robbery that had occurred on campus; rather, the robbery had occurred the previous day, April 1, at the Marshalls located at 3541 E. Broadway. No injuries resulted from the robbery.

On Saturday night, officers located a suspect vehicle, which fled into the University of Arizona area. One of the three suspects was located and arrested following a search of the area between Park Avenue and Mountain Avenue, which included the area around Old Main.
