If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you live?
I think a nice, deserted, remote island would be ideal; that way I could hang out with myself and not have to see anybody else for a while. Big-city life is just not for me.
What is your favorite restaurant in Tucson?
I’d have to go with Mandarin Grill. Cheap Chinese food is always where it’s at. It was introduced to me freshman year and I have been going there religiously for eight years now.
What is the best advice you have ever been given?
Pick your battles. I’m still a bit stubborn, but at least I can shut my mouth when it doesn’t really matter and speak my mind when it actually does.
How did you become interested in studying law?
I graduated with an engineering degree. Right before my senior year-my second senior year I should say-I didn’t know if I really wanted to go to work or go to grad school. I ended up deciding that three more years of college was a reasonable idea. I decided to try out law school. Why not?
What movie or show do you never get tired of watching?
“”Seinfeld.”” It’s hilarious. I’ve never not laughed at it. I feel like everybody’s life in some way relates to the monotony of that show.
What was the last movie that you saw and liked?
I just went to go see “”Gran Torino.”” It’s good. Clint Eastwood is an idol of mine. If I could be anybody, it would be him.
