$0 tuition increase proposed for current undergraduates

Despite years of budget cuts and decreasing funds from the state Legislature, the UA is recommending a $0 tuition increase from 2012 to 2013 for all continuing undergraduate resident students.

Although the UA is not proposing any additional increases in tuition for resident undergraduates, that group may still see an increase in tuition, since the $750 tuition credit approved by the Arizona Board of Regents last year is set to expire.

For incoming undergraduate resident students coming to the UA in fall 2012, all resident graduate students and all non-resident students, a a tuition increase of less than 3 percent is proposed. However, no new mandatory fees are being recommended for any student.
