For a local musician, Anthony Cutrone has experienced some strange things.
He's played an entire set in a bear suit, had fake blood rubbed all over his face by a half-naked man eating Krispy Kreme donuts and even shared a stage with a band wearing nothing but Confederate flag thongs and fishnet stockings.
Major is a work of passion for senior

Oftentimes students will wonder if the majors they choose reflect anything they are really interested in or wish to pursue. Studio art senior Ashley Rice does not seem to have that problem.
"Art must be a part of my life," Rice said. "Forever."
Rice, who comes from no background of artistic stature, always had an artsy flair but, until her teenage years, lacked the drive to pursue it as a career.

'Stranger' tries familiar terror trope Baby-sitting is a simple job: put the kids to bed early, watch TV on the parents' flat screen and steal ice cream from the fridge. Except in "When a Stranger Calls," where baby-sitting is anything but easy. In "When a Stranger Calls," Jill Johnson (Camilla Belle) is forced to pay penance for an excessive phone bill by having her phone taken away, not being able to go out and being forced to baby-sit at a remote lakeside house for her parents' friends.

Whatever your Valentine's Day status may be, Collegium Musicum's performance of "Love Sacred, Love Profane: A Day in the Life of a Holy Traveler," a concert of Western European love songs from the 12th through 18th centuries, will be sure to bring out the romantic in anyone.
