The Student Union Memorial Center houses in its bell tower one of two bells preserved from the U.S.S. Arizona battleship that was attacked and sank in the attack of Pearl Harbor on Dec. 7, 1941. The student union also contains art displays, sculptures and reliefs dedicated to the United States Armed Forces. This year marks the 55th straight year that the UA has had a student union on campus.
