Get away from your study routine at Kababeque

One of the best ways to escape from the atomosphere of exhaustion and dread on campus is with a bit of culinary excitement. Spice up your dreary end-of-semester existence at Kababeque Indian Grill.
The lively atmosphere, created by the Bollywood hits playing on TV, and the warm scents of Indian cuisine may be just what you need to rejuvenate.

The tikka masala, a staple Indian dish, is rather flavorful at Kababeque. It can be ordered mild, medium, or spicy. But be warned: the spicy is no joke, and if you aren’t accustomed to Indian spices, it may fry your taste buds. However, if you choose the spice level appropriate for you, the tikka masala offers a complex yet hearty combination of spices and creamy flavors when served with paneer. This dish comes with basmati rice and a choice of chicken, veggie or paneer for $7.99, or either shrimp or lamb for $8.99.

The veggie samosas, a delicious flaky pastry surrounding a warm mixed vegetable center, are a must try, and come served with three flavorful dipping sauces. For only $3.50 you get two of these wonderfully crispy pastries.

Another delicious dish served up is the aloo roll, which is essentially mashed potatoes made with Indian spices and wrapped in bread. You may be feeling sick of mashed potatoes from the unholy amounts of leftovers from Thanksgiving, but these aren’t your grandmother’s mashed potatoes. The aloo roll may not be for those diners on a low carb diet, but it is certainly scrumptious.

As finals approach, you can take comfort in the fact that there is really tasty Indian food just down the road, regardless of the ever-approaching hoard of exams and the stress that comes with them.
