Protesters gather at the entrance of the U.S. Border Patrol Tucson Sector Headquarters on Jan. 24.
Hundreds of Tucsonans gathered for a protest at Freedom Park on Jan. 24. The protest was
held following a Minneapolis shooting that killed Alex Pretti and aimed to support an
ongoing general strike in Minnesota. After about an hour, protesters marched to the Tucson
Sector U.S. Border Patrol headquarters and crowded the entrance which shut multiple
roads down temporarily.
