The University of Arizona women’s basketball team looks to play Oklahoma State University on Sunday, Feb. 1 at 2 p.m. MST in McKale Center. The Wildcats look to move back into the winning column after five consecutive losses, most recently a loss to ASU on Jan. 28.
The Wildcats currently hold a 10-10 record, while Oklahoma State has a 17-5 record. Arizona has a 1-8 conference record and is ranked fifteenth in the Big 12. Oklahoma State has a 6-3 conference record and is ranked fifth in the Big 12.

Arizona has only played the Cowgirls three times, and have a record of 0-3 against them. Their most recent loss to Oklahoma State came last year on Feb. 12, 2025, where they lost 64-83.
Cowgirls to watch
The Cowgirls are led by 5-foot-8 senior guard Micah Gray. Gray is currently averaging 15.5 points per game, on 42.7% shooting. Gray is also shooting 36.8% from beyond the arc.
Haleigh Timmer is also an asset to this Oklahoma State 11% shooting while also shooting well from 3-point range this season, making 44.3% of her shots from beyond the arc.
Wildcats to watch
The Wildcats are led by 5-foot-7 guard Mickayla Perdue, a graduate student transfer from Springfield, Ohio. Last season she was a standout at Cleveland State, averaging 20 points per game.
This season, Perdue has picked up right where she left off last season. She leads the team by averaging 17.1 points per game on 44.2% shooting. Additionally, Perdue is 35% from 3-point range this season.
