Eat lunch with African American Affairs faculty

Join Patti Ota, the African American Student Affairs’ faculty fellow and the vice president for enrollment management, in a meet and greet luncheon today.

The meeting is free and will be in the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Student Center, Room 209 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The Faculty Fellows Program “”was created to connect students with faculty outside the classroom, providing discussion and interaction that lead to greater student success in the transition from high school to the university, more effective decision making on critical issues, an ever-deepening love of learning and a smoother path to graduation,”” according to the Dean of Students Office Web site.

Students can also sign form letters stressing the importance of the treaty and have their pictures taken holding signs showing their support for it.

All photos, letters and signatures collected will be sent to Arizona Sen. Jon Kyl.
