A judge declared a mistrial in the Phil Spector case simply because the jury could not reach a unanimous verdict, according to CNN.com. This is apparently the second time over an eight-day span that the panel has been “”deadlocked,”” the site reported. Spector is charged with the murder of Lana Clarkson, who had apparently hit rock bottom and was working an hourly wage as a hostess at the House of Blues in Hollywood. Clarkson was found dead in Spector’s house with a gunshot wound to the mouth.

Rehab Updates:

Lindsay Lohan is reported to get out of rehab “”sometime this weekend,”” according to the New York Daily News. She has been in Cirque Lodge in Sundance, Utah, for about two months now. The Britney drama is getting tired. Team Lindsay!

Kiefer Sutherland was arrested Tuesday for drunk driving. He probably should be in rehab.

Richie Sambora is going into rehab to sort out some drinking problems, apparently at the same place as Lohan.

Amy Winehouse is out of rehab and is wearing shoes now.

Rumors have been spreading that Jennifer Lopez might be doubly preggers with twins ever since she showed up in that doughty green dress after her fashion show. She has personally denied being with child, releasing this statement, as reported by PerezHilton.com: “”No, no! We get this every week!,”” Lopez said. “”I don’t mind when people talk about this. I get the interest. I’m not the only (celeb) who gets these rumors.””

Led Zeppelin reuniting? HecklerSpray.com reported that the musical talents that are Robert Plant, Jimmy Page, and John Paul Jones – along with Jason Bonham, son of original drummer John – reuniting for an evening on Nov . 26 in London “”as a tribute to dead Atlantic Records founder Ahmet Ertegun.”” As reported by Reuters, concert
