• The latest graduation class consists of nearly 5 million graduates: More than 2.9 million high school graduates; about 1.3 million college undergraduate degrees; more than 465,000 master’s degrees; and approximately 45,000 doctorates.
• Nationwide, it is estimated that nearly 79 million graduation announcements, graduation invitations and graduation cards will be given, making graduation the sixth largest card-sending occasion in the United States.
