The Pac-12 Conference announced its 2012 football schedule on Wednesday and Arizona’s rivalry game with ASU will return to normal — at least for one season.
The Wildcats and Sun Devils will match up in Tucson on Nov. 23 — the Friday after Thanksgiving — and the contest will be the final game of both teams’ regular-season schedule. Arizona kicks off the season on Sept. 1 against Toledo before hosting Oklahoma State on Sept. 8.
Because of the Pac-12’s new television deal, every game will be televised nationally by either Fox, ESPN or the Pac-12 Network.
Arizona opens the Pac-12 slate with a road trip to Eugene, Ore., to take on the Oregon Ducks on Sept. 22. Homecoming will be the Nov. 10 contest against Colorado. The team’s lone open date is on Oct. 6.
