“On the Spot: Jack Lohr, Geography sophomore”

What do you think is the worst way to break up with a girl? Worst or most creative?

Oh God, worst way … to cheat on them (laughs).

    Yeah, that is pretty bad.

    Yeah, really bad.

What is the worst way to get broken up with, like, what is the worst thing a girl could to do you?

    Cheat on you, too.

    How would you find out?

If you were at the same party together and she was making out with another guy right in front of you, yeah.

Have you had some personal experience with that?

    Yeah.

I’m so sorry, girls are really crazy. How did you feel today when you were walking down the mall and the pilgrims were singing Christmas carols?

No, I did not hear that at all today, I just woke up.

Well, good morning. How do you feel about people singing Christmas carols when it is not even Thanksgiving yet?

    I’m fine with it.

    Big Christmas guy?

I love Christmas, it’s the best.

Have you started making your lists yet, for others I mean?

I’ll get to that. Mom is the most expensive.

What are you going to get her this year?

I don’t know yet, I just know it is going to be something big.

    Like perfume or something?

    No way, I don’t know.

What is the best gift you have ever received?

    Oh God, probably an X-box.

    Favorite X-Box game?

    Halo.

Typical. How do you feel about classes on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving? Will you be attending class that day or are you peacin’ out?

I’ll be attending classes that day. I’m from Connecticut; I am not going home for Thanksgiving. I will be staying here and making turkey at my house.

    Aw, with the roommates?

    Nope, by myself.

    Any pets?

    No.

You should buy one from the Humane society for some Holiday cheer.

I would love to, but my landlord said no.

At least get a couple fish or something.

    I know.
