    Nap time

    People who take about three half-hour naps per week cut their risk of dying from a heart attack by 37 percent, according to a new study in this week’s Archives of Internal Medicine. Researchers from Harvard and Athens Medical School, who followed 23,681 people, said regular naps help lowers stress, which is associated with heart disease.

    Go for gas

    The Safeway gas station on East Broadway Boulevard and North Campbell Avenue had the cheapest gas within four miles of campus in the past 48 hours at $2.07 per gallon, according to TucsonGasPrices.com. The most expensive gas station near campus was Go Go Mart, 2200 E. Broadway Blvd., at $2.35 per gallon.
