Do you know who your student leaders are? Do you want to become involved in student government?

Learn the answers to these questions and more as your newly elected student body president and vice presidents present opportunities to you about next year’s directorship positions. Come for free food and learn how you can make a difference.

The meeting will be tomorrow from 1 to 2 p.m. in the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Student Center, Room 100.

Suicide prevention day

Tomorrow the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill at the UA will host Suicide Prevention Day to educate the campus and Tucson communities on ways to prevent suicide.

The event will be held on the UA Mall from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Numerous resources will be available. Additionally, NAMI plans to host a candlelight vigil to honor those who have lost their lives to suicide.

There will be a speaker as well as a moment of silence.
