Youth plan to ‘Take Back the Night’
The second annual protest against sexual assault and domestic violence is happening tonight at Armory Park downtown from 7- 9 p.m. and will feature slam poetry, survivor testimonials and a candlelight vigil. The event is organized by students from Project MORE High School, Southern Arizona Center Against Sexual Assault and the ASUA Women’s Resource Center.

In response to the Virginia Tech massacre, April 20 was declared Orange and Maroon effect day to honor those who lost their lives during the shooting on April 16.
