  • Steward Observatory Public Evening Lecture. Buell Jannuzi, director of the Kitt Peak National Observatory, will discuss the “”Evolution of Structure in the Universe: The Collaboration Between Space- and Ground-based Observatories.”” 7:30-8:30 p.m. Steward Observatory, Room N210.
  • Getting Started: The Process of Writing and Overcoming Writer’s Block. Victoria Stefani of the Writing Skills Improvement Program will give a lecture that will help writers produce more ideas when the going gets tough. 5-6 p.m. Modern Languages building, Room 210.
  • Immunobiology of Aging: Past, Present and Future. The chairman of the Department of Immunobiology and the co-director of the Arizona Center on Aging will give talk about the process of aging at the College of Medicine, Room 5403. Noon to 1 p.m.
