Students gather around Javan Nelson, a theatre arts freshman, as he tells a true-story monologue detailing an abusive relationship, part of the Tunnel of Oppression held Monday night in the Kaibab-Huachuca Residence Hall. The event, which will also run today from 6-9 p.m., uses intense acting and stunning visuals to explain experiences of violence, genocide, discrimination, race, privilege and hatred.
