Corrections
In yesterday’s Arizona Daily Wildcat, a photo caption on page 22 erroneously stated that the Women’s College World Series was played in Omaha, Neb. The WCWS is actually held in Oklahoma City.
Wednesday’s article “”Congressional hopeful watches State of the Union with students,”” erroneously stated that Alan Gelenburg, Patti Weiss’s husband, attended the event. Gelenburg did not attend the event. The Wildcat regrets the error.
Clarification
In Tawfik Maudah’s Tuesday column, “”ASUA funding prone to errors,”” it was not made clear that the Bobcats Senior Honorary, while not insured by ASUA, was insured by the Alumni Association during Homecoming events. Additionally, it was not clear that the money given to Bobcats, which came from the ASUA senate’s club funding budget, was not from the same pool of money as that given to the solar project kick-off event, which was funded through the senators’ projects budget.
