    3 things to know today

    Looking for Mr. Wildcat

    The University Activities Board is holding its first Mr. Wildcat competition tonight in the Cellar Lounge of the Student Union Memorial Center at 5 p.m. Men will participate in a beauty-pageant-style competition, and 12 finalists will be featured in a UA calendar. All UA men are welcome to compete. For more information, contact Simone Reynolds at 465-3045.

    Army ROTC vs. Navy ROTC game

    The annual flag football game of the Army ROTC versus Navy ROTC will be at 6 p.m. today at Arizona Stadium. The Army ROTC is the defending champion. The game is free to attend.

    World AIDS Day

    In recognition of World AIDS Day, artwork in the Student Union Memorial Center will be draped in black with a statistic about AIDS. Also, former U.S. Surgeon Gen. Dr. Richard Carmona will discuss AIDS policy at noon in the College of Medicine building, Room 2117. More than 40 million people around the world are living with HIV.
