    Eggs better than bagels

    Women who ate eggs for breakfast as part of a reduced-calorie diet lost more weight and felt more energetic than those who ate a bagel, according to a study from Louisiana State University’s research center. The study found that overweight women who ate two eggs for breakfast five days a week for eight weeks lost 65 percent more weight and reported greater improvements in energy levels than those who ate a bagel that had the same number of calories.
