The 40th annual El Tour de Tucson took place early on Nov. 18 outside the Tucson Convention Center with three major races. Noah Anastassatos took first place in the 102-mile main event. Race organizer TJ Juskiewicz estimated that there were 10,000 cyclists this year from all around the country and referred to the organization of the event as a “giant puzzle.” The three major races included a 32-mile, 62-mile and 102-mile race with smaller events such as a 5k run.
