What bugs Arizona’s forwards?
The Arizona men’s basketball team expects to play tough, physical defense this season under the influence of new assistant coach Kevin O’Neill.
If the Wildcats play as tough as they talk, opponents may take solace in knowing the kryptonite for Arizona’s forwards: spiders.
When UATV’s “”The Dorm Room Sports Chat”” asked three of Arizona’s forwards what they’re secretly scared of, the trio all delivered a similar answer.
“”Bugs,”” Jordan Hill said. “”Any kind of spiders, oh my goodness, I don’t like them. They’re just nasty. I can’t be around them.””
“”Spiders,”” Bret Brielmaier said. “”I don’t like spiders at all. They scare me, I don’t like to mess with them.””
“”Spiders, man,”” Jamelle Horne said. “”Spiders kill me. They’re nasty and they’re fast. Yeah, spiders.””
Fans better hope the Wildcats don’t match up with the Richmond Spiders in the NCAA Tournament.
