Arizona men’s basketball picked up its third straight blowout win, defeating Oakland 101-64 on Tuesday night.
The Wildcats (11-0) held Oakland to 36 percent from the field and 24 percent from the 3-point line. The Golden Grizzlies shot 70 percent from the free-throw line.
Forward Stanley Johnson scored 18 points and had five rebounds. Forward Brandon Ashley scored 15 points and eight rebounds.
Forward Rondae Hollis-Jefferson scored 13 points and had six rebounds. Guard Gabe York scored 15 points.
Arizona shot 55 percent from the field, 44 percent from the 3-point line and 65 percent from the free-throw line.
Oakland head coach Greg Kampe received two technical fouls and was ejected. OU center Corey Petros and UA point guard Parker Jackson-Cartwright both fouled out.
