The Hills
Don’t judge. Many of us are addicted to the drama brought on by these spoiled rich kids who are dealing with their semi-adult lives in glamorous Hollywood. After all, life is much more complicated out of the little bubble known as “”Laguna Beach.”” Who can resist watching the cat-fight between Lauren Conrad and ex-best friend Heidi Montag? Is the same thing going to happen between Lauren and Audrina? Tune in Monday nights on MTV to find out.
Wearing a sweatshirt the minute the weather drops below 100°
Let’s face it, the moment there is the hint of a cool breeze in Tucson, we pull out the sweatshirts and jackets. Many people have been spotted walking around campus with them on this week. Maybe it’s wishful thinking or maybe we’re delusional. Either way, something inside of all of us feels better the moment we are able to wear a sweatshirt without dying of heatstroke. This also leads to the greatest guilty pleasure of fall: shopping. You can’t go out wearing last year’s sweatshirt, right?
Coffee
Whether you make it at home or pay $5 for the same thing at Starbucks, coffee definitely starts the day off on a good foot. The UA campus boasts many different coffee shops, including Starbucks, Café Luce, Bentley’s, Espresso Art and Canyon Café. Those of you looking to help save the world can rest assured that many of these places offer “”free-trade”” coffee. Plus, a little caffeine does a body good. According to WebMD.com, coffee can lower your risk of diabetes, Parkinson’s disease and colon cancer. Bring on the venti white mocha, please.
