The third annual Sonoran Restaurant Week began Sept. 10 and continues through Sept. 19, sponsored by Visit Tucson and produced by Storyteller PR and Events.
Tucson is known for its diverse food and is the first North American UNESCO City of Gastronomy. The city’s restaurants are distinguished by the use of cultural heritage, creativity and sustainability. Sonoran Restaurant Week features over 50 of Tucson’s best local restaurants.
The restaurants have created special menus with multiple courses set at a fixed price of $25 or $35. Five of the closest restaurants to the University of Arizona campus are opening their doors for a new food experience for many to enjoy.
