Meet UA Paralympians
Come welcome home UA Paralympians. If you’re interested in getting the scoop about what went on in Beijing during the 2008 Paralympic Games, then you don’t want to miss this event. Take the opportunity to surround yourself with great talent, hear stories and ask questions of some world-class athletes. This will be held in the Gallagher Theater at 5 p.m.
Political discussion
Muhammad al-Asi will discuss the policies and politics that separate the United States from the Islamic world. He will analyze which, if any, of the presidential candidates is most likely to make a change. This lecture will be in Room S202 of the Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering building at 7 p.m.

Persona, UA’s undergraduate literary magazine, is hosting a submission panel for undergraduates who want to know the secret to getting work accepted to the publication. They will be meeting in the Humanities Seminar Room of the Poetry Center at 6 p.m.
