Caring for aging adults
UA Life & Work Connections and Pima Health System Caregiving Education & Support Program sponsor a bimonthly support group for UA students and staff who care for aging adults. The group will meet at the Student Union Memorial Center in the Copper room at noon.
Local history lessons
Got company to entertain? Check out the Saguaro National Park West, 2700 N. Kinney Road, for a presentation on mining in the region and other interesting local history. The program will begin at 10:45 a.m.
Book club meeting
The Sonoran Sleuths will read and discuss “”A Cold Heart”” by Jonathan Kellerman. The event will take place at the Oro Valley Public Library, 1305 W. Naranja Drive, at 11 a.m.
