    • “”Clinical Issues, Controversies and Updates in Women’s Health and Natural Medicine.”” This grand rounds will consider the field of women’s health and recent advances in natural medicine. Discussion includes topics of green tea and cervical dysplasia, Policosanol and lipids, interstitial cystitis, nutrients altered by oral contraceptives and the effectiveness of soy in women’s health.   • Review preparation. This workshop aims to assist employees with preparing and responding to a performance review and information on the performance review process. Participants will also gain insight on how to dispel the myths and fears of the review discussion and how it can lead to more productive outcomes. Noon. University Services building, Room 214
